✨ Self-Service Customization Process

1. Contact us via the chat box at the bottom right, send the image, and place your order directly for a custom doll.
2. We will contact you to confirm details once your order is received.
3. We will keep in touch with you to confirm adjustments during the whole production process.

⏰ Production Time

💰 Pricing & Refund Policy

• The base price for customization is $230.
• If we do not reach out to you for extra fees, your custom doll can be made at the base price of $230 with no additional charge.
• If you cannot accept the quoted extra price, a full refund is available at any time.
• You may contact us for a full unconditional refund within 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours, we will start purchasing fabrics and materials for production, and no refunds will be accepted thereafter.

📸 Photo Requirements

1. Real human photos are not accepted. If you want a doll based on a real person, please convert the photo into a cartoon/anime style first.
2. Please provide images of the character from multiple angles if possible.
3. Photos must be clear and not blurry.
